ABOUT INCREDIPAUL

Paul Faronbi AKA IncrediPaul founded IncrediPaul LLC in April 2020 to legitimize the work he had already been doing since 2017. When the world shut down due to the Covid-19 Pandemic in March 2020, Paul saw it as an opportunity work on himself and cultivate his business side. He ended up founding two business that year. IncrediPaul and NALA(STEM) then called the LSAMP Alumni Group in October 2020.

Paul Faronbi is a Certified Maxwell Leadership, Coach, Speaker, and Trainer. He has a passion for leadership and loves to mentor students in STEM. When he’s not traveling for work, you can usually find him traveling for STEM conferences. In his free time, you’ll either find him in the gym or trying out new foods because he considers himself an avid lover of food. He is a person of faith and believes that Jesus comes first and he comes second, so that’s why he enjoys adding value to people however he can. Paul speaks to students and professionals around the nation and has a show where talks with incredible people doing incredible things, so we can become the most incredible versions of ourselves, IncrediPaul Leadership.

Paul Faronbi was born in Lagos, Nigeria, and he emigrated to the United States at the age of 4 with his family. He grew up in St. Louis, MO, and graduated with his B.S. in Chemical Engineering and minor in Biomedical Engineering from Iowa State University in 2016. He conducted research at Iowa State all 4 years he attended. His research was focused on regenerating severed nerve cells with the use of a biodegradable conduit and was sponsored by the NSF and US Army.  He also worked at Cargill as a Co-op at Soybean Crush Facility and Refinery in Wichita, KS where developed his first industrial experience, and at Nestle USA in Jonesboro, AR, where he obtained manufacturing experience at Stouffer’s and Lean Cuisine Frozen Foods facility.

 

He has worked for 4 different Fortune 500 companies in food and chemical industry. Highlighted by 2 years of rotations in Process Engineering, Maintenance, Reliability, and Team Leading at General Mills in Albuquerque, NM. Continuous Improvement Project Leader for Nestle Purina in St. Louis for 2 years where he was instrumental in the digital transformation of Nestle Purina North America utilizing Redzone Production Systems, Poka, and Power BI. He also worked as a S.M.E. in Packaging then processing, where he focused on capital expansions in the Dry Pet food division and providing technical support for the Division as well.  He spent most of his time in the factories developing the associates technically and being the direct contact for packaging machinery related questions. He was a key team member in the new factory Brownfield and Greenfield Projects in Eden, NC and Batavia, OH respectively.

Paul is the co founder of the IINSPIRE-LSAMP Alumni Committee (ILAC) and was the President from 2017-2020 based out of Iowa State University in Ames, IA. This non-profit serves to unite graduated students from the IINSPIRE-LSAMP alliance in their drive to impact the next generation of students. He is the founder of NALA(STEM) National Alliance Leading the Acceleration of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math. It is an expansion of the IINSPIRE-LSAMP initiative. This non-profit serves at the national level to unite those who would like to give back to those who are underrepresented in STEM. NALA serves to grow community of STEM professionals so they can give back to current students. Paul is dedicated to adding value and helping young professionals become the most incredible versions of themselves whether it’s through his Podcast, Coaching, or Speaking.
