Hi, I’m Paul Faronbi AKA IncrediPaul
As the number one podcaster for leadership in STEM & Entrepreneurship, I’ve had the privilege of sharing valuable insights and inspiring stories from successful leaders in these fields.
With a passion for speaking, my focus is on college students and young professionals, aiming to motivate and guide them on their own leadership journeys and challenge them to grow.
As a leadership and career coach, I am dedicated to helping individuals be the most incredible version of themselves, providing guidance and strategies to unlock their full potential.
In October 2020, I founded the National Alliance Leading the Acceleration of STEM, who’s mission is to unite, support, and build community among all historically excluded peoples in STEM.
Drawing from my background in chemical engineering, I bring a unique perspective to my work, blending the technical and analytical mindset with the necessary soft life skills for effective leadership. Together, we can conquer challenges, drive innovation, and Be Incredible!

Paul does a tremendous job of engaging his audience with outstanding interviews/lessons in leadership! I highly recommend his podcasts not only for those early in their leadership journey, but I also challenge more tenured leaders to “listen in”, as I’m certain you will come away with more tools to help you be a more successful leader/coach.

If you’re a scientist, or interested in professional leadership, this podcast is a great place to spend some time. Paul and his guests are dynamic, interesting, and developing leaders in academia. You’re offered an inside look into the lives of scholars in a way that isn’t afforded via social media or research publications. 10/10 would recommend 🙌🏽

“Paul has excelled as a student leader, mentor and now alumni of our program at Iowa State for several years. As a student he led our student organization and mentored others through leading professional development and network activities for our students. As an alumni of Iowa State University and our program, Paul co-founded a student alumni group that has excelled at mentoring and educating emerging undergraduate leaders. He has returned to our annual conference for several years since his graduation to lead training workshops, mentor other students, and recruit future alumni to continue to give back to our program. The most astounding thing about Paul is that he never has to be asked to lead. He does it on his own!”
— Mary Darrow, PhD, IINSPIRE LSAMP Assistant Director
“Paul is an amazing young man. As an alum of Iowa State University and active member of the CyclONE community he is the epitome of what we hope to see in all of our future Engineers as they become practicing professionals. It was a pleasure to have him return home to his alma mater to speak to our seminar of 60 first year multicultural Engineers in the LEAD Learning Community program. His story about his academic, professional, and personal journey as a man of color was insightful and encouraging to our program participants. He was very engaging, candid, open and honest about his experiences; allowing our students to see themselves and what they strive to become. We look forward to having him return home again."
— Dr. LeQuetia Ancar, Iowa State University Assistant Director of Student Services/Director of Multicultural Student Success
